I have helped adults, teens and children in four states over 34 years of being a therapist. As many things have changed over the years, so has the approach to therapy. Telehealth has become popular and is, in many cases, just as impactful as traditional face to face therapy. I am committed to helping professionals, caregivers, and Gen X's navigate the transitions they may be facing.
